One of our longest clients is Do Right By Kids, a Monroe County effort to reduce child abuse and neglect through the education of mandated reporters – people who, by law, are required to report reasonable suspicions of Child Abuse when they encounter it. Among the projects we’ve undertaken for DRBK is a monthly email newsletter with in-depth articles about topics of interest to mandated reporters, a webinar series promoted primarily to teachers that addresses abuse and neglect topics, and a long-running website that is meant to be the definitive guide to mandated reporters. Previous activities include a television campaign to address shaken baby syndrome and a series of print materials. At the start of 2025, we led an update of the branding which included crafting a custom font and streamlining the brand colors.
