To compete in an ever-more-competitive landscape in the high-end senior housing and assisted living market – critical as potential future customers for their skilled nursing facility – St. John’s needed a slick television presence for their Elmwood Avenue residential facility. St. John’s turned to Metrix to produce television commercials and a half dozen web videos for St. John’s other services. The commercials have proved to be durable, still airing six years after they were first produced. The series, a respectful and empathetic look at seniors in transition, was created in :30 second and :10 second versions.
